Mini Birthday Cake Banana Muffins

Dump ripe bananas and eggs into a mixing bowl.

Beat with an electric mixer until no large lumps remain.

Add a box of confetti cake mix to the bowl. Continue mixing until fully combined.

Spoon the batter into greased mini muffin tins.

Sprinkle colourful sprinkles on top of the muffin batter.

Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted in the center comes up clean.

Allow to cool slightly before removing the muffins from the pan.
