Mint Chocolate Fudge

Pour some milk chocolate chips and condensed milk into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.

Stir until the chocolate chips are melted.

Dump the mixture into a parchment lined baking pan and spread it out evenly. Place the pan in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.

Dump some white chocolate chips and condensed milk into a microwave safe bowl and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.

Add some green food colouring and mint extract to the bowl.

Stir until the chocolate chips are melted.

Dump the mixture on top of the milk chocolate layer in the baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Return the dish to the fridge and leave it to set for an hour and a half.

Use the parchment paper to lift the fudge from the pan and slice.
