Mongolian Chicken

Dump chicken broth, brown sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, garlic powder, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes into a mixing bowl. Whisk well.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Once the oil is hot add chicken breast chunks to the pan and cook until no pink remains on the outside but the chicken is not cooked through.

Drain the oil from the skillet and add minced garlic. Stir well and cook for a minute.

Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken in the skillet. Simmer for 3-5 to thicken sauce and finish cooking chicken.

Add chopped green onions to the skillet.

Stir well before serving.

Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
