No Bake Cookie Monster Pie

Pour milk and vanilla instant pudding mix into a mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to mix until a thick pudding formed.

Add Cool Whip to the bowl and fold it into the pudding mixture.

Add blue food colouring and stir well. Add crushed Oreos, chocolate chip and rainbow chip cookies to the bowl and stir.

Pour the mixture into an Oreo pie crust and spread it out evenly.

Spread Cool Whip over the pie.

Top the pie with a variety of mini cookies and then refrigerate for 2 hours to set.

Slice, serve and enjoy!
