Old School Chicken and Rice Casserole

Dump a can each of cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and cream of celery soup into a large mixing bowl. Stir well.

Add some water, milk and Italian seasoning to the bowl. and stir well again.

Add some instant rice and shredded chicken to the bowl. Stir well.

Add some chopped green onions to the bowl and stir.

Dump the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Pour some seasoned bread crumbs, grated parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning into a bowl and stir well.

Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the chicken and rice mixture in the baking dish.

Bake until the casserole is bubbling and the bread crumb topping is nicely browned.
