One Pot Chicken Noodle Casserole

Pour water and condensed chicken broth into a pot. Bring to a boil and add egg noodles.

Cook covered for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and stir the noodles.

Add cream of chicken soup to the pot and stir.

Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the pot. Stir.

Add peas, carrots, corn and shredded chicken to the pot.

Stir and cook for 4 minutes.

Add shredded cheese to the pot and stir.

Sprinkle more shredded cheese on top and do not stir.

Sprinkle crispy wonton strips on top and leave the dish to sit for a few minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
