Peanut Butter & Jelly French Toast Casserole

Pour eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract and sugar into a mixing bowl.

Whisk until the eggs are completely beaten.

Add some cubes of Italian bread to the bowl.

Stir until all of the bread is coated in the egg mixture.

Scoop half of the bread mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Melt some peanut butter in the microwave and then pour it over the bread in the pan.

Melt some strawberry jam in the microwave and pour it over the bread as well.

Spoon the remainder of the bread mixture on top.

Combine crushed frosted flakes and melted butter in a mixing bowl.

Sprinkle the frosted flakes mixture over the casserole.

Bake until the top is crispy.
