Philly Cheese Steak Sliders

Cook diced green bell peppers and onions in a skillet.

Add some chopped deli roast beef to the skillet.

Add water, gravy mix and pepper to the pan.

Stir well and cook until no liquid remains in the pan. Remove the skillet from the heat.

Slice 12 dinner rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms on a baking sheet. Spread with mayo.

Spoon the roast beef mixture over the dinner rolls.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella over the roast beef.

Place top buns on. Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 12 minutes.

After 12 minutes brush the tops of the buns with seasoned melted butter. Continue baking until buns are nicely browned.
