Philly Cheese Steak Stuffed Shells

Cook the pasta shells according to the directions on the package and rinse well with cold water until completely cooled.

Brown some ground beef in a large skillet.

Add some diced green peppers and diced onions to the skillet. Stir well and cook until the onions are translucent.

Add some water and brown gravy mix to the skillet. Stir well.

Add some condensed cheddar cheese soup to the skillet. Stir well.

Simmer for a few minutes until the mixture is nice and thick. Remove the skillet from the heat.

Add some shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir until it's melted.

Spoon the ground beef mixture into the cooked shells and place them in a single layer in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Heat some milk and condensed cheddar cheese soup in the microwave. Add salt, pepper and stir well.

Pour the mixture over the stuffed shells in the baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Place the dish in the oven and bake until it's bubbling.
