Pigs in a Blanket

Open can of crescent dough but do not unroll the dough. Cut the roll of dough into 8 equally sized pieces.

Unroll the strips of dough. Cut each of the 8 strips of dough into 3 pieces for a total of 24 pieces of crescent dough.

Cut 8 wieners each into 3 equally sized pieces.

Place a wiener piece on the end of one of the strips of dough and roll it up.

Place the crescent wrapped wieners on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Brush some beaten egg on top of the crescent wrapped wieners on the baking sheet.

Combine some poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dehydrated minced onions and salt in a small bowl.

Sprinkle the seasoning mixture on top of the crescent wrapped wieners on the baking sheet.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the pigs in a blanket until the crescent dough is golden brown on top.
