Pistachio Fluff Salad

Dump some crushed pineapple and mandarin segments into a large mixing bowl.

Add some pistachio instant pudding mix to the bowl.

Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.

Add some Cool Whip to the bowl.

Fold the Cool Whip into the pudding and fruit mixture.

Add some mini marshmallows to the bowl.

Stir the marshmallows into the Cool Whip and pudding mixture. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Sprinkle on crushed pistachios and chopped maraschino cherries just before serving if desired.
