Pumpkin Pecan Pie

Dump some pumpkin, brown sugar, 1 egg and pumpkin pie spice into a mixing bowl.

Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.

Spread the mixture in a store bought pie crust.

Dump some granulated sugar, corn syrup and two eggs into a mixing bowl.

Add some melted butter, vanilla and salt to the bowl. Stir all of the ingredients together well.

Add some pecan halves to the bowl and stir well again.

Pour the pecan mixture over the pumpkin mixture in the pie crust. Place the pie on the center rack of a preheated oven.

Bake until a knife inserted one inch from the edge of the pie comes up wet but clean. 60 - 70 minutes. Then leave the pie to cool.
