Raspberry Banana Bread

Dump some softened butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract into a large mixing bowl.

Use an electric mixer to cream the ingredients together until smooth.

Add some ripe bananas to the bowl.

Continue mixing with the electric mixer until no large lumps remain.

Add some flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt to the bowl.

Stir with a rubber spatula until all of the ingredients are fully combined.

Add some fresh raspberries to the bowl and stir again.

Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

Bake until a toothpick inserted until the center of the loaf comes up clean. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Remove the loaf from the pan and allow it to cool. Slice serve and enjoy!
