Reuben Casserole

Pour seasoned melted butter over rye bread cubes in a bowl. Toss well.

Place half of the rye bread cubes in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread them out evenly.

Place sliced corned beef over the bread cubes.

Sprinkle sauerkraut, chopped pickles, parsley, salt and pepper on top.

Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over top.

Cover with slices of Swiss cheese.

Sprinkle the remaining bread cubes on top.

Bake until the cheese is melted and the bread cubes are golden brown.
