Ritz Cracker Meatloaf

Pour ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard, onion powder and brown sugar into a small mixing bowl. Stir well and set aside.

Dump ground beef, eggs, diced onions, diced green peppers, milk and onion soup mix into a large mixing bowl.

Add crushed Ritz crackers to the bowl. Add 1/3 cup of the prepared ketchup mixture to the bowl.

Combine all of the ingredients well.

Add shredded cheddar cheese and continue mixing.

Press the ground beef mixture into a foil lined loaf pan.

Spread the remaining ketchup mixture over the meat mixture.

Bake for 50 minutes and then top with shredded cheese and crumbled Ritz crackers.

Return to the oven until the cheese is melted. Allow the meatloaf to rest in the pan for about 10 minutes.
