Sausage Noodle Casserole

Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse. Dump the egg noodles into a greased baking dish.

Cook and crumble sausage meat in a large skillet.

Add diced onions, green peppers and red peppers to the skillet. Stir and cook until the veggies have softened.

Add minced garlic and cream of mushroom soup to the skillet and stir well.

Add softened cream cheese and milk to the skillet. Stir until cream cheese is completely melted.

Add some French's crispy fried onions and stir them into the mixture.

Pour the sausage mixture over the noodles in the baking dish. Stir to combine the noodles and sausage mixture.

Sprinkle shredded provolone, crispy fried onions and diced bell peppers on top.

Cover the dish with foil and  bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking until cheese is fully melted and fried onions are starting to brown.
