Shipwreck Casserole

Place thinly sliced potatoes in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle raw ground beef on top of the potatoes.

Sprinkle diced onions on top of the ground beef.

Sprinkle long grain white rice on top of the ground beef and diced onions.

Spoon some diced tomatoes on top of the rice. Sprinkle some diced celery on top of the diced tomatoes.

Dump some condensed tomato soup, water, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl.

Whisk well.

Pour the soup mixture over the ingredients in the baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for an hour and forty minutes.

Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
