Sour Cream Noodle Bake

Cook and drain egg noodles.

Saute ground beef and diced onions in a large skillet.

Once the ground beef is fully cooked, drain the grease and add some marinara sauce to the pan.

Stir until all of the ground beef is coated in sauce.

Dump the sour cream, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper into a large mixing bowl.

Stir well.

Add the cooked egg noodles to the bowl and stir until well coated.

Scoop half of the noodles into a well greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread them out evenly.

Spoon half of the ground beef and marinara mixture over the noodles.

Spread the remaining noodles over the ground beef and then spoon remaining ground beef and marinara on top.

Sprinkle some shredded cheddar and mozzarella on top.

Bake until the cheese is starting to brown.
