Spinach Artichoke Pasta Bake

Pour heavy cream into a large pot over medium heat. Add cubes of cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper to the pot.

Whisk until cream cheese is completely melted and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and added chopped spinach and artichokes to the pot. Stir well.

Add some cooked pasta shells and shredded parmesan cheese to the pot and stir well again.

Remove the pot from the heat and add some shredded mozzarella. Stir until the cheese is melted.

Dump the pasta mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella on top.

Bake until the pasta is bubbling and cheese on top is browning.
