Steak and Rice

Add some steak pieces to skillet with hot oil. Brown the steak on all sides.

Add some diced onions and saute until tender. Add some minced garlic and continue cooking.

In a separate bowl mix together some cream of mushroom soup, water and garlic salt.

Pour the mixture over the steak in the skillet.

Stir well and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 45 minutes or until meat is tender.

Serve over hot, cooked rice and garnish with chopped parsley.
