Taco Lasagna

Cook some ground beef and diced onions in a large skillet.

When the ground beef is almost fully browned, add some taco seasoning to the skillet.

Stir until all of the ground beef is coated in the seasoning. Add some Rotel and salsa to the skillet. Stir well.

Cut some flour tortillas into quarters. Line the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish with 1/3 of the tortilla pieces

Spoon half of the ground beef and salsa mixture on top of the tortilla pieces and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the meat mixture. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top of the cheese.

Repeat the layers of tortillas, meat mixture and shredded cheese and green onions.

Place another layer of tortillas on top.

Sprinkle shredded cheese, Rotel and chopped onions on top of the tortillas.

Place the dish in the oven and bake the casserole until the cheese on top is fully melted and just starting to brown.
