Taco Salad with Catalina Dressing

Dump some ground beef into a large skillet and cook it until completely browned. Add water and seasoning and stir until completely coated.

Dump chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, crushed tortilla chips, canned corn, and canned black beans into a large bowl.

Toss well and then add the cooked beef to the bowl. Toss again.

Pour sour cream, Catalina dressing, salsa, lime juice, salt, and black pepper into a bowl. Whisk well.

Pour the dressing over the salad. Toss well.

Top the salad with diced avocado, shredded cheese and extra Catalina dressing.
