Taco Stuffed Shells

Cook jumbo pasta shells according to directions on the package. Drain and set aside.

Brown some ground beef in a large skillet.

Add some salsa, taco seasoning and Rotel to the skillet.

Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.

Remove the skillet from the heat and add some shredded Mexican cheese blend.

Stir until the cheese is melted.

Spoon the ground beef mixture into the cooked shells and place them in a baking dish.

Sprinkle some shredded cheese over the shells. Spoon some salsa on top.

Bake until the filling is bubbling.

Scoop and serve. Top with sour cream and chopped green onions if desired.
