Tater Tot Hotdish

Cook ground beef and diced onions in a skillet.

Add some water and gravy mix to the skillet.

Stir until all of the ground beef is coated in gravy. Add some cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to the pan.

Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined. Then add some canned mixed veggies to the pan and stir again.

Add some shredded cheddar cheese to the pan and stir.

Dump the ground beef mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Place frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the ground beef mixture.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Place the baking dish in the oven and bake until the tater tots are golden brown.
