Tuna Casserole with Potato Chips

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked egg noodles, drained tuna, thawed peas, and finely diced onion.

In a separate bowl, mix condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, ground black pepper, and salt to taste until well combined.

Pour the seasoned soup mixture over the noodle, tuna, and onion mixture. Add shredded cheddar cheese and gently mix everything together until well coated.

Transfer the tuna and noodle mixture into a prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top.

Sprinkle crumbled potato chips on top.

Bake until the casserole is heated through and topping is golden and crispy.
