Tuna Macaroni Salad

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Pour some mayo, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper into a bowl. Whisk.

Add the cooked macaroni, drained tuna, chopped celery, red onion, bell pepper, and fresh parsley to a large bowl. Stir.

Add the prepared dressing to the bowl and stir until all of the ingredients are well coated.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Remove from the refrigerator and stir well one more time.
