Turkey Pot Pie with Biscuits

Melt some butter in an oven safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Add some diced onions to the skillet and cook until they are translucent.

Add some frozen mixed veggies to the skillet and stir well. Cook the veggies for 4 minutes.

Add some water and turkey gravy mix to the skillet. Stir well and cook until the liquid starts to boil and thicken.

Reduce the heat and add some cream of chicken soup to the skillet. Stir well.

Add some salt, pepper, sage and shredded turkey to the skillet and stir well again.

Place some refrigerated biscuits on top.

Bake until the turkey mixture is bubbling and the biscuits are nicely browned on top.
