Vanilla Brownies

Line a 9 x 9 baking pan with aluminum foil and spray well with cooking spray.

Pour brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, melted butter and vanilla extract into a large mixing bowl.

Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.

Add some flour and salt to the bowl.

Stir until a smooth batter forms.

Add some white chocolate chips to the bowl and stir them into the batter.

Pour the batter into the foil lined baking pan and spread it out evenly.

Place the pan in the oven and bake the brownies for 28 - 32 minutes.

Allow the brownies to cool. Then lift them from the pan and slice them.
