White Chicken Enchiladas

Dump shredded chicken, cubes of softened cream cheese and green chilis into a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.

Spoon the chicken mixture into the center of some flour tortillas.

Roll up the tortillas, leaving the ends open. Place the rolled tortillas seam side down in a greased baking dish.

Cook some diced onions in melted butter in a large skillet.

Add some cream of chicken soup and sour cream to the skillet and stir well.

Add some shredded cheese and stir until the cheese is melted.

Pour the mixture over the enchiladas in the baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Bake until cheese is melted and sauce is hot and bubbly. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
