Zucchini Casserole with Ground Beef

In a large bowl, toss fresh zucchini slices with flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.

Cook zucchini slices in oil in a skillet until tender.

Cook ground beef, minced garlic and chopped onion in the skillet.

In a small bowl, combine condensed cream of mushroom soup, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

Layer half the cooked zucchini slices in the bottom of a greased baking dish.

Spoon cooked ground beef on top of the zucchini then pour the soup mixture over it.

Repeat with another layer of zucchini, followed by ground beef and soup mixture. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top.

Bake the casserole until it is golden brown and bubbling.
