Korean Meatballs

Dump some ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs, pepper paste, ginger, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl.

Mix all of the ingredients together well.

Scoop mixture by the tablespoon and form into meatballs.

Dump chicken broth, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce and pepper paste into a bowl and whisk well.

Cook meatballs in a large skillet until browned on both sides.

Add sauce mixture to skillet and continue cooking.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
