Mongolian Beef

Coat steak pieces in a mixture of cornstarch, garlic powder and salt.

In a bowl, add beef broth, brown sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, minced garlic, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and set aside.

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add the coated steak pieces to the skillet.

Cook the steak until browned on all sides. Add some minced garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute.

Stir in the previously prepared sauce.

Simmer until the steak is cooked through and the sauce becomes thick.

Serve hot over rice or linguini noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion, if desired.
