One Pot Mexican Ground Beef and Rice

Cook a pound of lean ground beef in a large skillet with some diced onions.

Add some condensed chicken broth, water and minute rice to the skillet.

Stir and leave to simmer until the rice absorbs all of the liquid.

Add some salsa, chili sauce, corn, chopped green chilies and taco seasoning.

Stir well and simmer for a few minutes.

Add some shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Stir until the cheese is melted.

Sprinkle some more shredded cheese on top and do not stir.

Allow the cheese to melt.
