Peanut Butter Cup Fudge

Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Place some mini peanut butter cups in a single layer in the dish.

Dump some vanilla frosting, peanut butter and baking chips into a microwave safe bowl.

Microwave on High for 45 seconds. Stir well until chips are fully melted.

Spoon the mixture into the pan on top of the mini peanut butter cups.

Use the back of a spoon to press the fudge mixture into the pan and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle mini Reese's pieces on top and then use the spoon to press them down gently into the fudge.

Chill the fudge for at least an hour.

Use the parchment to lift the fudge from pan. Slice.
