Pork Chop Casserole

Dump some cream of mushroom soup, milk, water and Italian seasoning into a large mixing bowl.

Whisk ingredients together well. Scoop out 1/2 cup of the soup mixture and set it aside.

Add some instant rice, shredded cheese and chopped green onions to the bowl.

Stir all of the ingredients together well.

Dump the mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Place boneless pork chops in a single layer on top of the rice mixture.

Pour the 1/2 cup of the soup mixture over the pork chops. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 35 minutes.

After 35 minutes remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cup of shredded cheese on top of the pork chops.

Sprinkle some French's crispy fried onions and chopped green onions on top of the cheese.

Return the dish to the oven continue baking until the cheese is completely melted. 8 - 12 minutes.
