Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

In a Large Bowl, add some All Purpose Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Cloves, Ground Nutmeg, Ground Ginger and salt. Whisk until combined. Set aside.

In a Medium sized bowl, add some eggs. Beat for a few seconds, then add brown sugar and granulated sugar. Mix well. Next add Greek Yogurt, Pumpkin Puree and Vanilla Extract.

Mix until well combined with wooden spoon or spatula.

Pour the wet ingredients into the large bowl of dry ingredients and mix until all ingredients are combined. Add dark chocolate chips to the bowl and stir.

Pour the batter into a parchment lined loaf pan.

Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes up with just a few crumbs.

Once the bread is mostly cooled, remove it from the pan and let it finish cooling on a rack.
