Pumpkin Spice Pudding Sugar Cookie Bars

Place softened butter, eggs, pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice in a large mixing bowl.

Combine with an electric mixer until smooth.

Add sugar cookie mix and Skor bits to the bowl.

Continue mixing with the electric mixer until all of the ingredients are fully combined.

Dump cookie dough onto greased 10 x 15 inch baking sheet and press it out evenly.

Place in the oven and bake until the cookie bars start to brown all across the top.

Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
