Rocky Road Fudge

Line a 9 x 9 inch square pan with parchment paper.

Dump some chocolate frosting and chocolate chips into a large microwave safe bowl.

Dump the chocolate frosting and chocolate chips into a large microwave safe bowl.

If the chocolate chips are not completely melted, microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Stir until the chocolate chips are completely melted.

Add some chopped walnuts to the bowl and stir well.

Add some mini marshmallows to the bowl and stir until they are all coated in chocolate.

Dump the mixture into the parchment lined pan and spread it out evenly.

Place the pan in the refrigerator and leave it to set for at least 2 hours.

After 2 hours use the parchment paper to lift the fudge from the pan. Slice into 36 pieces.
