Spaghetti Casserole

Brown some ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add some marinara and 1 tablespoon of the Italian seasoning to the pan with the ground beef and stir well.

Add some cooked spaghetti to the skillet and stir well again.

Dump some ricotta, sour cream and 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning into a mixing bowl and stir well.

Add some shredded mozzarella and parmesan to the bowl and stir again.

Scoop about 2/3 of the spaghetti mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Spoon the ricotta mixture over the spaghetti and spread it out evenly.

Spoon the remainder of the spaghetti mixture on top of the ricotta and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella on top. Place the dish in the oven and bake until the casserole is bubbling.

Remove the dish from the oven and allow it to sit for a few minutes.
