Steak Alfredo

Cook rotini noodles, drain and set aside.

Oil and season two eye of round steaks. Then drop them in a hot skillet.

Cook steaks to desired level of doneness and then transfer to a cutting board and cover with foil.

Add some butter and garlic puree to the skillet and stir well.

Add some heavy cream, salt and pepper to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a boil.

Once the cream has thickened, reduce the heat to low and add the cooked rotini to the skillet.

Stir until all of the noodles are coated in sauce. Add some shredded parmesan cheese to the skillet.

Stir until the cheese is melted.

Slice the steaks.

Scoop the pasta into serving bowls and top with slices of steak. Serve and enjoy!
