Stuffed Pepper Soup

Brown some ground beef in a Dutch oven and then transfer to a paper towel lined plate.

Cook some diced bell peppers and onions in the pot and then add some minced garlic.

Transfer the cooked ground beef back to the pot.

Pour in some diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Stir well and bring to a simmer. Allow it to cook for 30 minutes.

Add some cooked white rice to the pot and stir well.
