Taco Pasta Casserole

Cook some shell pasta according the directions on the package. Drain and set aside.

Dump some cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing mix into a large mixing bowl.

Stir all of the ingredients together until fully combined.

Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and stir until the noodles are well coated.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Cook some ground beef in a large skillet. Once the ground beef is cooked add some Rotel, tomato sauce and taco seasoning to the skillet and stir well.

Spoon the ground beef mixture over the pasta in the baking dish.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Bake until the pasta is bubbling and the cheese on top is just starting to brown.
