Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole

Pour some ketchup and Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce into a bowl, stir well and set aside.

Dump 2lbs of lean ground beef into a bowl along with some Ritz cracker crumbs.

Add some Lipton onion soup mix, eggs and 1/2 cup of the prepared sauce to the bowl.

Use your hands to combine the ingredients.

Press the meat mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Spread the rest of the prepared sauce on top of the meat mixture and then bake for 30 minutes.

While the meatloaf is in the oven, cook and drain some macaroni noodles.

Pour some milk and condensed cheddar soup into a mixing bowl and then whisk well.

Add some salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the bowl and whisk well again.

Add the macaroni noodles to the bowl and stir well.

Add some shredded cheese to the bowl and stir again.

After 30 minutes of cooking time remove the meatloaf from the oven and pour the macaroni mixture on top.

Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top and then continue baking for about 20 minutes.

Remove the dish from the oven and allow the casserole to rest for a few minutes.
