Cook spaghetti according to directions on the package, drain, rinse and set aside.

Dump cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, whipped chive cream cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder into a large mixing bowl.

Use an electric mixer to combine until no large chunks remain.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl.

Stir until the spaghetti is well coated in the soup and cream cheese mixture. Add some shredded turkey and parmesan cheese.

Stir all of the ingredients together well and dump the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella, parmesan and chopped chives on top. Cover with foil and bake.

Remove the foil and continue baking until cheese is completely melted and starting to brown around the edges.
