Ingredients

3 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1 cup diced red onion

3 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce

16 oz Pillsbury crescent rolls (2 packages of 8 rolls)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Dump shredded chicken, diced onion, shredded cheese and bbq sauce into a large mixing bowl.
- Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
- Lay the triangles of crescent dough on the counter.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto the dough triangles and spread it out to cover the whole triangle except for an inch of the tip.
- Gently roll up the crescents and place them on a non stick baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake until the crescents are just starting to brown on top. 18-20 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven and leave the crescents to cool for a couple minutes on the pan.
- Use a spatula to lift the crescent rolls off the pan and serve.
