- 12 King’s Hawaiian Rolls (I used savoury butter flavoured)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon parsley flakes
- 12 cocktail wieners (or cut regular wieners to fit)
- ¼ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1.5 oz mini pepperoni slices (I sliced my own from mini pepperoni sticks)

Step by Step Instructions
STEP 1:
I opened a package of King’s Hawaiian rolls and separated all of the buns.
I cut two slits in the top of each bun and removed the piece of of bun in between the slits to make a slot for the wieners to sit in.


STEP 2:
I sprayed a baking dish with cooking spray and then placed the buns in the dish.

STEP 3:
I melted some butter in a small bowl and added garlic powder and parsley flakes to the bowl.
I stirred until well combined.


STEP 4:
I brushed the garlic butter on the buns in the baking dish.

STEP 5:
I placed one cocktail wiener in each bun.
Then I spooned pizza sauce over the wieners.


STEP 6:
I topped each wiener with shredded mozzarella cheese.

STEP 7:
I thinly sliced two mini pepperoni sticks.
I placed the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese on the hot dogs.


STEP 8:
I placed the dish in the oven and baked the pizza dogs until the cheese was fully melted and they were nicely toasted.


STEP 9:
After 18 minutes I removed the dish from the oven and served the sliders immediately.
I served mini with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping!

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Separate all of the rolls. Cut two slits in the top of each roll and remove the piece of bun between the two slits to create a slot for the wiener to sit it.
- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and place the rolls in the dish.
- Combine the melted butter, garlic powder and parsley flakes in a small bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture on top of the rolls.
- Place a cocktail wiener into each of the rolls.
- Spoon the pizza sauce over the wieners.
- Place the shredded cheese on top of the pizza sauce.
- Place mini pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
