STEP 1:
To make this hamburger casserole, I started by dumping two pounds of lean ground beef into a large skillet over medium-high heat along with a dab of margarine.
I crumbled the ground beef well as it cooked.
STEP 2:
Once the ground beef was fully cooked, I removed the pan from the heat and drained the excess grease.
Then I added some Thousand Island dressing, mayo, diced onion, diced dill pickle, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the pan with the ground beef.
I stirred until all of the ingredients were fully combined.
STEP 3:
I dumped the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Then I sprinkled some shredded triple cheese blend on top of the ground beef mixture.
STEP 4:
Then I placed some frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
STEP 5:
I placed the dish in the oven and baked the casserole until the tater tots were golden brown.
STEP 6:
I sprinkled some shredded iceberg lettuce on top of the tater tots.
Then I drizzled some Thousand Island dressing on top of the lettuce.
Then I scooped and served the casserole.

This looks good. Step 5 says to mix the Thousand Island dressing in with beef etc., but step 12 says to drizzle it on top. Is step 12 extra dressing?
