- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic

- 28 oz can diced tomatoes

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef to the pot and break it apart.
- Add the diced onions and diced celery to the pot and continue cooking the until the ground beef is fully browned and the veggies are softened.
