Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 28oz French fries
  • 2 cups shredded turkey
  • ¾ cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6oz cheese curds
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing (either use leftovers or prepare a box of stovetop stuffing mix)
  • 2 cups gravy (either use leftovers or prepare 2 packets of turkey gravy mix)

 Step by Step Instructions

 STEP 1: 

I prepared some French fries according to the package directions. I chose to do them in the air fryer.

Then I poured the cooked French fries onto a baking sheet and spread them out evenly.

 STEP 2: 

I sprinkled shredded turkey over the fries and then spooned some cranberry sauce over the turkey.

 STEP 3: 

I sprinkled shredded mozzarella on top followed by some cheese curds.

 STEP 4: 

I sprinkled crumbled stuffing on top of all of the ingredients on the sheet pan.

I placed the baking sheet in the oven and cooked the poutine for 15 minutes.

While the poutine was in the oven I heated up the turkey gravy on the stove.

 STEP 6: 

I removed the poutine from the oven and poured the hot gravy over top.

  • Prepare French fries according to package directions. ( I used my air fryer )
  • Pour the cooked French fries onto a baking sheet and spread them out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded turkey over the French fries.
  • Spoon the cranberry sauce over the turkey.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese and cheese curds on top.
  • Sprinkle the stuffing over everything.
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  • While the sheet pan is in the oven heat up the gravy.
  • Remove the sheet pan from the oven after 15 minutes and pour the hot gravy over the the poutine.
  • Serve and enjoy!
