Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use a different type of sausage?
- Yes! Smoked sausage, turkey kielbasa, or another fully cooked sausage can be used in place of traditional kielbasa.
Do I need to peel the potatoes?
- No. You can peel the russet potatoes or leave the skins on if you prefer a more rustic texture—just be sure to scrub them well.
Can I use fresh or canned corn instead of frozen corn?
- Absolutely. Fresh corn works well, and drained canned corn can also be substituted for frozen.
